What Happens During a Postpartum Shift?

    • A listening ear to process your birth experience or any concerns

    • Encouragement and reassurance as you adjust to new parenthood

    • Gentle guidance on postpartum recovery, including rest, nutrition, and self-care

    • Support for postpartum mood shifts, baby blues, or anxiety

    • Assisting with diapering, swaddling, soothing, and sleep routines

    • Understanding newborn cues, feeding needs, and wake windows

    • Gentle newborn bathing techniques

    • Sibling support to help older children adjust to the new baby

    • Breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, and pumping guidance

    • Help with latching, positioning, and milk supply concerns

    • Troubleshooting nipple pain, engorgement, or slow weight gain

    • Paced bottle-feeding and alternative feeding methods

    • Helping your baby settle into a healthy day & night rhythm

    • Safe sleep education and creating a calming sleep environment

    • Holding or soothing baby while you nap, shower, or eat in peace
